Thanks, I hope they are good too...apparently they can sometimes get sick in the car, so I have a plastic thing we will put down under the crate. and one of them is an "escape artist" so have to be really careful. There is a lot of this going on. I was getting all these animal rescue emails from the yahoo groups....man it is so depressing. I had to stop the emails because it is just way too much for to read and not be able to help...or help when it is too much for me to take on. Good job on the diet and exercise. I highly doubt that you have a fat ass, but totally understand the feeling. Yeah, I bet your kitties would go all tasmanian devil on catnip trips!! Have a great weekend!! HUGS

Just out of curiosity, are you seeing a therapist? I stopped seing mine, but should really go back, but have not pulled together the courage yet to call her.
I won't comment on your diet / exercise routine, it will only be triggering no matter what I say
Oh, I like the new colors... I have neither the determination nor the motivation to do the things I thought so attainable and worthwhile (ie, losing weight). I feel like I'm losing and gaining the same five goddamn pounds, again and again and again.

Hey girl!! Let me know when you start the Elite workout. I've only done it once (mission two) and it wasn't as good as it could have been since it was my first day. But good luck with it and have a wonderful day..
