  • Training is going really well-I have added yoga to the mix and that is supposed to help you improve quite a bit.  I hope to do yoga 3-4 times per week.  Still fat though....

  • Hey, girl. Yoga is supposed to be so great for you. I looked into it this summer. But the classes are too expensive for me right now. So, perhaps when I begin making that great teacher money again. But right now I am going out for a walk. Gotta get off my butt today instead of lying in bed all day.

  • Yes, I agree...omega 3-6-9 oils and exercise. It is the answer.

    ps...I am down 3 pounds from my binge day. Yippee!! I cut out sugar and starch.
