  • Oh hey there-I remember you, I just don't recognize you through that layer of fat, are you still in there?  Are you alive, are you choking on that fat, how do those mounds and mounds of fat feel, are they weighing you down, are they stopping you from certain things, how does your boyfriend feel about it, are you lonesome yet with only the fat to listen to you, when are you coming back to me? Now?  Well, ok then, let's get back to it, we've done this before, remember?  Just don't touch that fucking food.  Ever.  I will let you know when you can.

  • RYC:  seems a lot safer to keep it a secret from those around us.
My inner bitch voice says these things too.  Sometimes I listen, sometimes I tell it to f*ck off.  Hang in there girl.
    HUGS!!

  • I have been working on learning new bead stitches so that the dangles are not necessary.  I know some people dont like the dangly earrings, which is why I did that brick stitch one...the pink and purple with blue in the center.
Can you wear a french hook tho?  It would dangle a little, but would be smaller than the other stuff I have made.   I suppose I can do a post style too, with a silver ball and a small circle to add the beaded stuff.   Or ... if you like bracelets or necklaces I could do that.   Hmm...need to get to work on the peyote stitch.
    I love making stuff!!

  • ***hugs*** no sad or sick to love your kitty's more than anything else, they are unconditional and love us regardless... as for that inner voice I hope she is silent soon angel xxx

  • Sigh...this ain't good and you know it. Starvation will not make you more confident and you know it. If others believe that you will look better, feel better, become better if you loose x lbs, they either need to understand the struggles you have already gone through in terms of your eating behavior or they are just to ignorant to see what this is really about.

Direct your energy towards something that will actually make you feel better. Try to find out what threw you out of balance. A diet won't help and deep down you know it. Just try to eat healthy and use the rest of the time to do something fun that will help you in the long-run, rather than waisting all of that time on a disorder that is not worth it.

I wish I could help you...I know the voice so well, but I learned to understand that it is lying. It does not work every day. Sometimes I give into that voice, my weight still fluctuates, but the peeks are not that bad as they used to be (in either direction) and overall I do feel better.

    Love, Sophie

  • I *heart* you. Don't be so hard on yourself...we've all been through these exact same criticisms...and we're all here for you. xoxoxoxoxoxxxoooo
