Hey girl- I'm actually taking two kinds- the detox pills which last for 7 days (but don't really help when I'm drinking this much) and the powder which gives me energy but I have to say, do NOT curb my appetite. The best appetite suppressant I've found is the Mega Green Tea pills w/ Hoodia. Ha. I just popped one actually..
