  • OK, yes, I have gained weight.  Quite a bit.  BUT I have done this before so I have to just kick myself in my self-loathing ass.  I have been very stressed and depressed and therefore not as true to my exercise.  Plus, I quit smoking right before the holidays (bad idea), ate more than I should have, been suffering from insomnia, stuffing myself with sugar to make it through the day.  I know what I need too do.  Stop the sugar and exercise more than I have-only 40min a day.  I ordered some diet pills so yay.  Ok so go me.
Thanks for being there guys.  I love you.

  • Hi!  I quit smoking in October...and I still crave one now and again.  Even though they are fleeting cravings.  But I feel like quitting smoking definitely has something to do with my fat assesness!  But I figure eventually things will even out again.  Right?  You workout 40 minutes a day?  I think that's good.  : )  What are you going to up it to?  I only work out 4 days a week.  I suck.  What diet pills did you get?

  • YEP!!  Got the beads in the mail Monday and went to the bead store Tuesday for more!   Did you take Chantix?  I have heard that they found it to cause behavior changes and even suicidal thoughts and actions.  Hope you arent taking it anymore.   I have been pretty depressed and not exercising as much lately too.  I think its the winter, lack of sunlight..makes us not wanna workout as much I swear.  So....what kind of diet pills?  My fav wont ship to my state anymore, bummer.
Finally got a pic post up of all the earrings I have made...  and a painting.

  • Hey girl.
I'm glad so many of us gave up the cigs recently. I honestly don't think there is that much of a correlation between actually smoking and weight gain- unless you smoked over a pack a day I don't think it affects the metabolism so greatly. People tend to gain because they eat more.I haven't put on any weight since I stopped. I have lost a few actually.

Either way, it's much healthier for you this way, don't you agree??

I hope everything else gets better for you - the insomnia, sugar cravings..
You'll find your balance in time. We all go through these bumps in the road. Just have to pick ourselves off and start fresh.

  • had to smile in the knowledge that insominia is also making my life a total misery plus everything else ed wise lol i hear you hun mucho love xxx
