I think I am going to run away with the man that I love versus move to Hawaii with the reliable, steady, man that I love but don't love, if that makes sense. Ugh...I am in trouble.
yea, it makes sense. I kind of get how it feels to love but not love someone.
oh brotherI hear ya, how do we choose? From my vast experience & horrible failures, I say I would base it on who will do the most for me & give me the most love at the same time. But.... you find a dude that worships you, then, once they have you 'locked in' they start to resent all the things that attracted then to you in the 1st place.
its a catch 22: theres an old saying, a dude wants a slut in the bedroom & his mom in the kitchen, or something lame like that. Even if you are both, eventually he wants his mom in public because the thought of another man wishing you were his makes him resent you. They used to think "all the other dudes envy me 'cuz you are so hot" That becomes "you must be f 'ing all the dudes that are envying me" Even if you are the most dedicated wife/partner ever born.
do I sound scorned? Well, I am piecing together the parallels between my hubs & bf's & they all seem to end the same way, even though I have never cheated on anyone....ever!
Did I mention I think I am ready to start dating again..... have I lost it?
geesh!
Jebus!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok, I read back a few of your posts and know what pills you got...but what the hell??? You are moving to Hawaii with a man and you are leaving old relaible behind? All I can say is NEVER settle. Follow your heart. You'll be glad you did. I did the same thing. And even though my "new" relationship didn't work out, I don't regret letting go of the one who loved me with all his heart...but that I just couldn't really really love back.
PS...I smoked a whole pack myself (after having quit for 5 months). I think that's why you and I both gained weight. Seriously. Holla at a bitch!!!!
Double Jebus. Reliable = Hawaii . I get it... I think.
Yeah, I do know what you are saying. You love your man, that is a good thing, sounds like the fire has become smaller though, which is normal I guess. Temptations are everywhere, and very few are worth giving into them. Not sure where you stand and what the deal is with the other guy, but if there is any way to improve your current relationship I would always go for that as long as you still love your boyfriend (husband?). What can you do to renew your current relationship?
Do what your heart tells you or youll regret it. Because youll never know...
